Why Taylor

A small fleet by choice — because that's how the number stays 88%.

We keep the ratio of drivers to dispatchers low on purpose. The result: 88% of drivers we hire this year are still with us next year.

Drivers first
No NYC
We do not force New York City deliveries. Five Boroughs stay optional, always.
Lanes we run most

Built around the Midwest, then East and South.

Most of our drivers start in Chicago, Columbus, or Dallas. Home time hits because the lanes are shaped around where you live, not the other way around.

Drivers say

The ratio is on the phone, not just the stats page.

Every quarter we publish retention honestly. The reason people stay is almost always the dispatcher ratio.

I came from a mega-carrier where I was a number. Here I know my dispatcher's kid's name. My weeks hit $3,800 net now.

FAQ

Questions we hear before people apply.

If you don't see yours, text dispatch. The number is on every door.

Most experienced drivers complete orientation in 2–3 days. Your first paid load dispatches the day you hand in paperwork.
No. Our Solo and Team programs run company Cascadia 126s. The Owner-Operator program is the one where you bring your own tractor.
Never. The Five Boroughs are opt-in. If you want NYC lanes, we pay a premium. If you don't, you won't see them on your dispatch.
We build lanes around where you live. Most Solo drivers get home every weekend. OTR drivers get home every 2 weeks guaranteed, 1 week if you request it.
$1,000 for experienced drivers leaving another carrier. Paid in two halves: first at orientation, second at 60 days. No strings.
Ready to roll
